Tommy, Annabel, and I have been enjoying as much time outside as possible now that the weather is getting cooler. Once a week, we pick him up from school with a picnic lunch and head over to a local community that has walking trails along the lake. We eat at the pavilion overlooking the water and then walk the trail back to the playground where Tommy runs and climbs and slides and swings and Annabel sleeps in her stroller. It's really a pretty perfect way to spend a few hours on a beautiful fall day.
On the really chilly days, we bundle Annabel up in all her pink fleecy layers and put her in her little seat so she can watch Tommy zoom around on his tractor, shoot some baskets, or practice a little soccer.
