Apple Picking

This past Saturday was Gramma's birthday! To celebrate, we got up early, packed up the car, and headed to Carter Mountain for some apple picking. Tommy had a great time picking some perfect Fuji apples, running through the pumpkins, riding on the wagon, drinking some apple cider, eating apple cider donuts, and most of all, spending time with Gramma! So begins a new tradition for our family. Looking forward to many more to come!

Sandbridge 2010

Although we didn't have a full week in sunny Sandbridge, we quite enjoyed our few days playing in the sand and surf. Unfortunately, Tommy "swiced" his finger on a can on the Friday night before we left for the beach on Sunday. It was definitely a challenge changing the bandage, but despite a few screaming episodes (I quickly learned to change it at night while he was sleeping - piece of cake!) he had a fantastic time jumping over the waves, digging digging in the sand, and playing with all the family that gathered to soak up the sun.
