SNOW! Finally!

Hooray for snow! So what if it's March, and I was already looking forward to spring? :) This is the most snow I've seen in our little corner of WNC since we moved here in Oct. 2006. Tommy LOVES the snow and cried after having to come in from it yesterday and this morning. Here are some photos of our adventures in the white stuff. The first three are from the beginning of the storm yesterday, and the last three from the end this morning. We'll be heading out later this afternoon to make sure Tommy gets enough time to play since this probably won't happen again for awhile. And seriously, now I'm ready for spring (it's supposed to be 63 on Saturday, so I might be getting my wish!).

Most Beautiful Baby??

Do you think Tommy could win Regis and Kelly's "Most Beautiful Baby" contest? We'll soon find out! Aunt Ki-Ki is entering our sweet little guy to put him in the running for a $20,000 college scholarship. We need all the help we can get when it comes to college. And look at that face!! Maybe he could really win!

What did I tell ya?! MINI WILL!

I apologize for the quality of this next set of pictures, but I just had to take them. Tommy and I did a little experiment this afternoon (in the 67 degree weather that replaced our -10 degrees from last Wednesday morning). I took him out on the porch, told him to sit on the bench and smile. These are the results (please notice his new VT crocs, he wore them nonstop this afternoon and evening)...

What a ham! Can you tell that he's only had about a thousand pictures taken of him in his almost 20 months of life? ;)

FLASHBACK!

Obviously this is not a Christmas picture, but as I was looking for a blog-worthy photo (let's face it, they're all blog-worthy), this one caught my eye. How cute is he? This picture was taken just hours after he was born. Take a look at that sweet little thing, and then let me tell you that tonight when the babysitter asked Tommy if he was ready for bed, he responded with a loud and emphatic, "NO!". :) It's hard not to laugh. He's definitely picking up more words and phrases and understanding whole sentences. Hope you enjoyed your flashback.

Many apologies for not keeping up with my "at least one picture" per day. The muscle test is over which means my frantic studying is over which means there are a few new pictures up below this post (if you're smiling right now, your zygomaticus major is pulling on your orbicularis oris just in case you were wondering). Don't get too excited though, because the nervous system is next...GASP...which means many more nights of long study hours. (If you're frowning right now, you're using your platysma to pull on your orbicularis oris...again, just in case you were wondering.) I will again try my darndest (still not sure if that's a word) to add more pictures in the days ahead. I must admit that I have taken maybe 3 pictures since Christmas. I need to get snapping! Tommy had his second big-boy haircut today, I'll have to get a picture of that. Hope everyone is well. Until next time...
